Registration for the 2026 Conference will open in February 2026
Exhibitor Information
We invite you and your company to exhibit at the KASFAA 2026 Spring Conference. In addition to being an exhibitor, we hope that you attend sessions when you can and network with the attendees.
Included with the exhibitor registration fee:
- One conference registration
- Recognition on the conference website and in the conference program
- Recognition of our sponsors during the conference
- For associate member exhibitors, the attendee list 1.5 weeks prior to the conference
- Table and booth space in prime location for traffic and exposure. Booth space includes pipe and drape, 8-foot table, and floor/wall outlets. Please plan to bring any extension cords needed. Booths will be randomly assigned prior to the conference.
Additional attendees from an exhibitor’s organization will need to register individually.
Exhibiting Details
- Setup on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 from 9am – 12pm
- Exhibit Area Open on Wednesday, April 8th from 1:15pm – 5:00pm and Thursday, April 9th from 8:00am – 3:30pm
- Tear down on Thursday, April 9th at 3:30pm
